Our customized small group training sessions are a revolutionary fitness concept that focuses on building the body’s core, endurance, and strength. It is a true hybrid between one-on-one personal training and group classes where each member gets a customized workout at every visit. Using the latest research, our FASTFIT program will help you to lose body fat and enhance your overall body strength and balance through corrective exercise movement, functional strength training and proper nutrition.

As certified trainers, our programs incorporate functional assessments and corrective exercises to address muscular imbalances. Muscular imbalances or weakness in the core can lead to everything from back and joint pain to problems with posture. Our fun but intense sessions not only help prevent potential injuries during your training but also help prevent potential injuries while playing sports or just living life!

With a variety of class times and unlimited membership, you can train whenever you want and as often as you want. Whatever your age, level of fitness, or individual needs, our personalized fitness programs will help you to achieve your goals.


Our custom FastFit programs meet you where you are and are designed to provide personalized training in a group environment with the aim of getting you in "Core Shape" through

Functional Anatomy Strength Training.

Strength training sessions with metabolic finishers will push you to the limit and keep your metabolism humming well after you leave the facility. This is the key to maximum fat loss and muscle toning.


Recovery is the single most important part of any training or exercise program. Recovery allows for improved performance, permits time for our body to heal itself in preparation for the next session, and decreases the risk of potential injury.

Along with your FastFit training sessions, you’ll receive a personal program to recover from your training sessions for maximum results.


A diet rich in real foods is great for your health and can also help you lose weight. Real foods are more nutritious, contain fewer calories and are more filling than processed foods.

This package provides you with the "kitchen sink", unlimited FastFit training and a personal Nutrition Coach to give you step by step instruction and guidance on how to build a sexy, lean body through proper nutrition and exercise.


As personal trainers, we found ourselves in the position to offer advice and motivate others towards a healthy lifestyle, but we always came up a little short when it came to our personal well-being. When we broke the forty mark, our bodies just didn’t respond like they did when we were in our twenties and thirties. Our bodies wouldn’t respond to the "regular routine" anymore and we knew we were missing something crucial.

After researching the correct nutritional principles and exercise science, we swallowed our pride, admitted that we didn’t know everything after all, and committed ourselves to designing a new paradigm. The journey allowed us to get reacquainted with our bodies and learn how to manage our overall fitness according to our lifestyles and activity levels.

Understanding the process of recovery and how it relates to your metabolism allowed us to make the dietary changes necessary to change our body composition and energy levels. The information that we discovered kept us motivated and focused. It encouraged us to keep our “eyes on the prize” and stay focused, even through the mishaps. By the time we were finished, FAST FIT was created.

Now we’re able to offer others guidance and support as they embark upon the quest for a healthier and longer life. We understand the obstacles and hurdles that we face when we challenge ourselves and take on the goal of living well.
